What if my order arrives damaged?
While we take absolute care in packaging our premium framed and unframed artwork, courier transit accidents can occasionally happen. Your investment is 100% protected under our Flawless Safe Arrival Guarantee.
Please get in touch via Etsy Messages within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage to the print/frame and the outer packaging. Once received, we will bypass our standard final-sale policy and gladly arrange for an immediate, tracked replacement to be printed and couriered directly from your closest regional hub.
How do I track my package?
Once your item is custom-printed (usually within 2–3 business days), a tracking number will automatically attach to your Etsy account under 'Purchases and Reviews'.
We use local tracked networks eg. (Tracked 48, USPS, Landmark, DHL, Aus Post). Please note: it can take 24–48 hours for the carrier to perform the initial scan after dispatch. Your page may show as 'Pre-Transit' during this window while moving safely through the regional hub fulfilment chain.

Will the printed colours match my screen exactly?
We print using premium archival fade-resistant inks on museum-grade matte papers. However, please note that every digital monitor, tablet, and mobile screen features distinct calibration setups (brightness, warmth, tint). There may be a very minor difference between the digital mockup glow on your device and the physical rich matte pigment of the printed art. All prints are thoroughly quality-checked before hub dispatch.
Sizing details
Our prints are available in standard imperial and metric sizes. Unframed prints are created on premium-grade smooth matte archival paper with fade-resistant inks. Wooden frames are crafted from sustainable solid wood (Black, White, or Natural) and include shatterproof plexiglass.
