You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order), if you contact me directly.
Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It
I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:
as needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;
when you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as by signing up for my mailing list;

I use your information to provide the services you requested and in my legitimate interest to improve my services; and 2) Compliance with the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use. I use your information as necessary to comply with my obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
Business transfers. If I sell or merge my business, I may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.
Compliance with laws. I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.
Data Retention
I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. I generally keep your data for the following time period: 4 years.
Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU
I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.
Your Rights
If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases. I describe these rights below:
Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.

Object. You can object to (i) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where are orders printed and shipped from?
Although our studio is proudly based in the United Kingdom, all premium prints and framed pieces are created on demand directly within your home region! We partner with trusted, professional print labs across the globe to route your order to the closest facility.
Our production hubs are located in:
🇬🇧 United Kingdom
🇺🇸 United States
🇪🇺 Europe
🇨🇦 Canada
🇦🇺 Australia
🇳🇿 New Zealand
Benefits for you: This localised framework significantly reduces transit distances, ensures eco-friendly production, lowers carbon footprints, and eliminates unnecessary cross-border customs delays or surprise import duties wherever possible.
What if my order arrives damaged?
While we take absolute care in packaging our premium framed and unframed artwork, courier transit accidents can occasionally happen. Your investment is 100% protected under our Flawless Safe Arrival Guarantee.
Please get in touch via Etsy Messages within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage to the print/frame and the outer packaging. Once received, we will bypass our standard final-sale policy and gladly arrange for an immediate, tracked replacement to be printed and couriered directly from your closest regional hub.
How do I track my package?
Once your item is custom-printed (usually within 2–3 business days), a tracking number will automatically attach to your Etsy account under 'Purchases and Reviews'.
We use local tracked networks eg. (Tracked 48, USPS, Landmark, DHL, Aus Post). Please note: it can take 24–48 hours for the carrier to perform the initial scan after dispatch. Your page may show as 'Pre-Transit' during this window while moving safely through the regional hub fulfilment chain.
Please get in touch if you have any further tracking queries and I will be happy to help.
Will the printed colours match my screen exactly?
We print using premium archival fade-resistant inks on museum-grade matte papers. However, please note that every digital monitor, tablet, and mobile screen features distinct calibration setups (brightness, warmth, tint). There may be a very minor difference between the digital mockup glow on your device and the physical rich matte pigment of the printed art. All prints are thoroughly quality-checked before hub dispatch.
Sizing details
Our prints are available in standard imperial and metric sizes. Unframed prints are created on premium-grade smooth matte archival paper with fade-resistant inks. Wooden frames are crafted from sustainable solid wood (Black, White, or Natural) and include shatterproof plexiglass. Please view our listing dropdown menus for available size combinations and see our visual scaling charts in the image carousel to compare real-world scale over a sofa and desk. Available in 4 curated paper colourways.
Custom and personalised orders
We love creating unique pieces for you!
To make your choice easier, we offer two levels of customisation:
✨ Standard Personalisation: Ideal for adding a quick name, date, or short dedication line to an existing design. You can type this directly into the listing box at checkout. These are processed quickly without a proof to ensure fast 2-3 day local hub dispatch.
🎨 Bespoke Custom Orders: Ideal for major layout, changes or printing your own text. These require extra design time and a digital proof for your approval, which are built directly into our dedicated Bespoke Custom Listings. If you need a fully custom piece, please view those specific listings or message us for a private link!
Gift wrapping and packaging
To ensure your premium prints and frames stay fully protected during courier transit, all items are securely flat-packed or tube-delivered using robust packaging directly from our global hubs.
While we do not offer physical gift wrapping or ribbons, all orders are shipped without a pricing receipt so you can confidently ship directly to the recipient. You are welcome to mark your order as a gift at checkout and generate a digital gift teaser for your recipient.
